1 box dark chocolate cake mix, 1 large box vanilla instant pudding, 3 eggs,1 cup oil, 1 1/2 cup milk.

icing...
8 oz cream cheese softened,1cup 4 X sugar,1/2 cup granulated sugar,16 oz coolwhip,1 tsp vanilla,1 large Hershey bar grated.

mix all cake ingredients and bake in 3 9" cake pans for 20-30 minutes at 350º. cool cakes before icing.

icing...
mix 1st three ingredients until smooth, add remaining ingredients and mix well. save some of the grated chocolate to sprinkle on top.

i use a potato peeler to shave the chocolate bar...works best if candy is cold.
