1-1/2 lbs. carrots, pared, sliced in large pieces
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
12 Ritz crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix carrots and margarine with tbsp. water. Cook until tender; drain. Put in baking dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Melt cheese and 1/2 cup butter together; pour over carrots. Top with cracker crumbs.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
