2 lbs. baby carrots
1/4 cup Catalina dressing
1/4 cup maple flavored syrup
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup pecans, coarsely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots in sauce pan with water to cover carrots 15 minutes or until tender; drain. Using same pan, medium heat, add dressing and syrup; cook until boiling. Add carrots and butter; stir in nuts. Cook 2 minutes longer.
