1 cup frozen blueberries
1 banana
6-8 oz. nonfat organic blueberry yogurt
1/4 cup soy milk

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend at high speed until smooth and creamy. Add an extra banana or decrease the amount of soy milk for added consistency. You can substitute peaches or a tropical mix for the blueberries if desired.

Dr. Morris starts every morning with light exercise such as Tai Chi, followed by an energizing meditation. He then makes a great tasting smoothie loaded with antioxidants and nutrients. Smoothie is an excellent source of antioxidants and calcium. It fills and satisfies the sweet tooth for breakfast, or it provides a quick burst of electrolytes after a workout.
