2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups cauliflower florets

1 can (15 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup (8 oz.) Swiss cheese, shredded
1 small jar pimento, drained and chopped
1 can French fried onions

Note: Save 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup fried onions for top.

Directions:

Cook broccoli and cauliflower until al-dente; drain.

In medium mixing bowl combine soup, pimento, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 cup fried onions. Mix with vegetables and place in a 9"x13" oven-proof casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese and fried onion.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
