1 stick margarine
2 cups coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
8 oz. creme cheese
1 can Eagle Brand milk
12-15 oz. Cool Whip

STEP 1: Melt margarine in skillet. Add coconut and pecans. Heat until toasted. Set aside to cool.
STEP 2: Mix cream cheese and condensed milk together until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Next, add 1/2 coconut-pecan mixture.
STEP 3: Spoon Cool Whip mixture into 2 baked graham cracker crusts. Drizzle 1/2 of 4 oz. size Draft Caramel ice cream topping over each pie. Sprinkle remaining coconut-pecan mixture over top of pie. Chill 2-3 hours. *****FREEZES well.
