12 eggs, large
1/2 cup Lite Mayonnaise
3 tbsp. apricot preserves
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place eggs in large sauce pan, add water to cover. Simmer for 12 minutes; drain, peel, cool.

Cut eggs in half length-wise. Gently squeeze yolks into a medium bowl. Reserve white halves. With fork, mash yolks; add all other ingredients. Mix well. Spoon into egg whites.

Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
