8 slices bacon, diced
2 cloves garlic, diced
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup heavy cream
4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp. chives, chopped
2 tbsp. almonds, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon over medium heat until nearly crisp; drain and wipe out skillet. Return bacon to pan; add garlic. Over medium heat, cook until bacon is crisp; drain.

Mix cream cheese until smooth; add heavy cream. Fold in bacon, garlic, blue cheese and chives. Transfer to a 2-cup baking dish. Top with almonds.

Bake at 350º about 30 minutes.

Serve with veggies, chicken wings, crackers, etc.
