1 lb. ground chuck
3/4 cup onions, chopped small
1 can (15 oz.) refried beans
1 pkg. dry taco seasoning
1 cup sour cream
1-1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onions in skillet. Pour off excess grease and add beans and taco seasoning. Mix all four ingredients together in a shallow oven-proof bowl.

Spread sour cream over mixture; sprinkle cheese over top.

Bake at 275º for 30 minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
