Ingredients:  
1 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms; chopped fine
4 slices bacon, cooked, chopped, and drained
1/2 onion, chopped small
1 tbsp. butter
1 Tblsp. Worchestershire Sauce
1/2 Cup bread crumbs
Chopped Parsley to garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in fry pan; cook until soft. Add 3 oz. cream cheese (softened) and 1/4 tsp. Worchestershire sauce. Mix well and spread all of the above on a large serving plate.

In a small fry pan combine:
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup bread crumbs
12 tbsp. chopped parsley

Spoon over top of mushroom mixture. Serve with Ritz crackers or pretzels.
