3 (3 oz.) packages cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups flour
1 large onion, chopped fine
3 TBSP butter
1 (8 oz) can chopped mushrooms
1/4 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 TBSP flour
1/4 cup sour cream

Directions:

Let cream cheese and 1/2 cup butter soften. Mix cheese and butter well. Sift flour and add to butter mixture. Work well with fingers. Chill. When ready to shape pastries roll out dough 1/8 inch thick on a floured board. Cut into 3 inch rounds. Chop onion and saute in 3 TBSP butter. Add mushrooms. cook 3 minutes.
Add thyme, salt, pepper and 2 TBSP flour, then stir in sour cream. cook until thick. Place a tsp of filling on each dough round. Fold over in half. Press shut. Bake on cookie sheet for 10 to 15 minutes in 450º oven.
