2 tbsp. butter, softened
250 g pkg cream cheese
300 g pkg frozen spinach - thawed
4 eggs, beaten
14 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
8 oz grated cheddar or Monterey jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Cream together the butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add drained spinach, beaten eggs and seasonings. Mix. well. Add the grated cheese and turn into a greased 8 x 8 pan. Bake for 45 mins. and cut into squares to serve either hot or cold. Serves 6
