2 c. boiling water
1 c. dry milk
2 pkg yeast
1 TB sugar
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 TB butter
2 tsp. salt
2 c. quick oats
3 1/2 oz. sunflower seeds
1 c. raisins
1 TB cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, dry milk, butter and salt. Remove from heat and cool. In large mixing bowl, sprinkle 2 pkg yeast in 3/4 c. warm water, adding 1 TB sugar. Add 1/3 c. brown sugar. Stir until dissolved. Add 1st mixture and blend. Add 3 1/2 to 4 c. flour. Cover and let rise. Knead until smooth and put into 2 bread pans. Let rise again. Bake at 350º for 35 to 40 minutes.
