1 graham cracker crust
1 /2 tsp. salt
1/2 C brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 C pumpkin
2 C. softened vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together salt, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg; add pumpkin, stir well and add ice cream. Put in crust and freeze until firm. Take from freezer and put in refrigerator 15 minutes before serving. Good with whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

This was a recipe from Fred's family, which has became a tradition for the Hullermann Thanksgiving dinner, much because of Mark, we always make an extra pie and send it home with him.
This is such an easy recipe and can be made ahead, win, win situation.
