1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup caramel topping
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Chopped nuts (optional)
Apples (Red Delicious, Macintosh, Granny Smith)
Directions:
Directions:
Cut apples in slices. Mix with Fruit-Fresh if holding for any length of time. Refrigerate.

In a medium-size bowl, mix all ingredients (except apples). Place mixture in a small bowl and set in center of a serving plate. Arrange apple slices around the dip. Serve.
