1 lb. elbow macaroni
1 stick butter - sliced
3 c. milk
2 c. shredded cheddar (Sargento)
1 c. shredded mozzarella (Sargento)
1 c. dry bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil macaroni as per directions on the box; drain. Put macaroni in greased 9" x 13" pan or glass dish. Put slices of butter on top of macaroni and mix in. Add shredded cheeses and salt and pepper and mix into the macaroni. Add milk and stir into macaroni and cheese. Top with dry bread crumbs and bake for about 30 minutes at 350º for 30 minutes or until macaroni bubbles and browns on the edges of the pan. Serves 12.
