2 lbs blade meat (cut in small pieces)
1 1/2 cups of dry sherry, vermouth, or table wine
1 T. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Fresh pepper to taste
3 cloves of garlic cut in pieces
1 bay leaf
1/2 lb chourico
5 potatoes cubed
5 small onions peeled
little necks

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate above ingredients up to the bay leaf for about 6 hrs. then in a 5 qt. sauce pan add enough water to cover the marinated meat. Bring to a boil then simmer until tender. Add chourico through half way of cooking. Add onions and potatoes cook until done. Add little necks and simmer until they open up. Serve w/ Portuguese bread.

I cheat, I put all the above except the little necks in the crockpot on low and cook all day, when I get home from work I add little necks and dinner is ready!
