1 17 oz package frozen puff pastry
1 egg yolk
1 T water
1 2 1/4 lb wheel of Brie (8 inches in diameter)
seedless grapes and nuts for garnish

Directions:
Let frozen puff pastry stand at room temperature 20 minutes to thaw slightly.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Unfold one sheet of pastry on lightly floured surface. With floured rolling pin, roll pastry to 13" x 10" rectangle. In a small bowl beat egg yolk and water. Center brie on pastry sheet and wrap Brie with pastry forming a decorative arrangement top center. Brush pastry with egg wash, place in oven and bake 30-35 minutes until pastry is golden brown.
