1 lb Penne (reg. or wheat)
2 packets of Good seasoning salad dressing
Olive Oil & Balsamic Vinegar ( Use only 1 1/4 -1/2 dressing) to taste
1 red pepper diced
1 green pepper diced
1 red onion diced
1/2 bag frozen peas
3 bunches of broccoli crowns chopped (added to boiling pasta 3-4 minutes before done to blanch)

Directions:
Directions:
Dice peppers and onions add to bowl, pour 1/2 bag of frozen peas right in bowl. Chop Broccoli add to boiling pasta about 3 minutes before you take off stove to blanch. Once pasta is done drain and run under cold water till it is all cooled... add to bowl.

Mix together Good Seasonings dressing... Remember to use Balsamic and Olive Oil in place of regular vegetable oil and wine vinegar. Pour on top of salad and mix thoroughly. let sit till dressing is absorbed then add the second mixture to taste. Once ready to serve sprinkle shredded cheddar on top.
