One rotisserie chicken or 4 boneless chicken breasts

1 box of chicken flavor Rice-A-Roni

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 12oz container of sour cream

1 box stuffing mix

¼ cup of butter-melted
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°

Pull chicken off bones if you have the rotisserie kind, or cut chicken breasts into small pieces and saute in some olive oil (season with season salt and garlic powder), or boil cut chicken until done.

Prepare Rice-A-Roni according to package directions

Mix together cream of chicken soup and sour cream

Layer:

cooked chicken

Rice-A-Roni

cream mixture

unprepared stuffing mix

Drizzle top with melted butter

Cover with foil and bake for 30 min, uncover and bake additional 10 min or until top is golden brown
