6 cups hot cooked, short pasta, such as fusilli or penne
4 cups packed baby spinach (I use more)
1 can (540 ml) 6 bean blend, drained and rinsed
1/3 cup pesto sauce
1/4 cup canned sundried tomatoes, drained & chopped coarsely
1 tsp. finely grated lemon zest
1 T. fresh lemon juice (can substitute lime zest & juice)
1/4 tsp. hot pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 cup Italian Style Shredded Cheese Blend

Directions:
Directions:
Toss hot pasta with spinach, beans, pesto, sundried tomatoes, lemon zest & juice and hot pepper flakes. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Serve immediately.
