Ingredients:
2 Lb. Round Steak
1/2 Medium Onion, Chopped
1 Tomato, Diced
1 Small Can Green Chilies, Chopped
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Teaspoon Oregano
1 Cup Grated Cheese

Directions:
Sear meat on both sides over high heat in a large skillet. Lower heat and saute onion until tender. Add tomato and cook until tender. Add salt, pepper, oregano, and green chilies. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes.

Remove skillet from heat. Add cheese to melt in the remaining heat in the skillet.

Personal Notes:
I have substituted canned diced tomatoes for fresh tomato.
