3 lb. sliced onions
1 stick butter
1 can cream of celery soup
3 - 4 oz. pkgs. Swiss cheese
small can Parmesan cheese
Croutons (onion/garlic)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' onion in butter until clear. Add soup and mix well. Place half onion mixture in 9 x 13 casserole dish. Top with half Swiss cheese. Pour in rest of onion mixture. Top with rest of Swiss cheese. Top with Parmesan cheese and croutons. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes.
