1 c butter or margarine
2 c firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c corn syrup ( light or darl)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
6 quarts popped corn

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, stir in brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Bring to a boil. Stir constantly, boil with stirring for 5 min.
Remove from heat, stir in soda and vanilla. Gradually pour over popped corn, mixing well. Trn into 2 large shallow baking pans. Bake at 250 for 1 hr, stirring every 15 min. Remove from oven, cool completely, then break apart
