Ingredients:  
Cook pheasant in flour, salt and pepper as you brown. Brown in skillet. Remove browned pheasant to slow cooker (crock pot or roaster). Put 1 cup of water in skillet and 1/4 cup diced onion. Cook together for a little while. Add 1 can of cream of mushroom soup. if too thick, add a little more water. Pour over pheasant. Bake slowly or cook in crock pot.

Serve when tender and bubbly.
This is enough for 1 to 1 1/2 pheasants. (for 2-3 pheasants I doubled )
Can use less onion if you prefer.
Oven temperature 225º - 250º
