1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. Louisiana Hot Sauce
Dash ground pepper
Dash garlic powder
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
10 chicken wing pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt in bowl. Put wings in a large bowl and sprinkle with the mixture. Coat each wing evenly. Put the wings in refrigerator for 60-90 minutes. Heat oil in deep fryer to 375º. Combine butter, hot sauce, ground pepper and garlic powder in a small saucepan over low heat. Fry wings for 10-15 minutes or until parts of wings are dark brown. Drain on paper towel. Put wings in large bowl. Add sauce. Cover bowl with lid and shake.
