12 med. yellow squash, sliced
1 med. red onion, thinly sliced
3 lg. cloves garlic, minced
6 sm. tomatoes, thinly sliced
1/4 c. fresh basil leaves
1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute squash, onion and garlic until soft. Add tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper. Continue to cook about five minutes. Place in sterilized quart or pint jars. Seal and process in boiling water for 20-30 minutes. This recipe makes about three quarts or six pints.
