1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts,drained &chopped
1 (10 oz.)pkg.frozen spinach,thrawed &drained
1 c. mayonaise
1 c. grated parmesan cheese
2 1/2 c. shedd. monterey jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.Lightly grease 1 quart baking dish. Set aside 1/2 cup of monterey jack cheese .Mix together rest of ingredients in a bowel.Pour into bakin g dish.Top with the remaining cheese that was set aside.Bake for 15 mins.Serve with an assortment of fresh vegetables or tortilla chips.
