1 bag of carrots
500g of lean mince
250g of skinless chicken breast
2L of milk
5 cans of assorted canned vegetable
assorted fruits
1 bottle of single malt scotch
1 tumbler glass

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in fridge and pantry to give parents/concerned family the illusion that you actually eat healthily and look after yourself.

Open single malt scotch and pour into tumbler.

Consume and repeat as necessary.

Hit the town and woo some strumpet!

NOTE:
Should you feel the need to succumb and take in some actual nutrition, it can be found in the late night deep fried fast food and kebab shops.
