8 slices white bread, cubed (remove crusts)
1 lb. ham, cubed
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
8 large eggs, lightly beaten
Add to eggs:
2 3/4 c. milk
1 t. dry mustard
1 t. salt
4 T. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread & ham in 9 x13 pan. Top with cheese. Pour egg mixture over cheese.
Melt 4 T. butter, pour over top. Refrigerate over night. Bake uncovered at 325º for 1 hour. A knife inserted in the middle will come out clean when casserole is done.
