1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 t. baking powder
1 t. soda
1/2 t. salt
1 c. sour cream
2 c. raw peeled & chopped apples
Topping:
2 t. melted margarine
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 t. cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine & sugar together until creamy.
Add eggs and vanilla, beat well, then add flour, baking powder, soda & salt. Fold in sour cream then the apples by hand. Put in 2 round greased & flour pans.
Mix the topping until crumbles form then put 1/2 on each cake. Cover pans with foil & freeze. When ready to serve, bake while still frozen at 350º for 45 - 55 minutes. Serve warm.
