30 large quahogs
1 loaf Portuguese bread, torn into small pieces
2 tsp. wet crushed red pepper
1/2 green pepper
1/4 cup water
parsley
1/2 cup onion

Directions:
Directions:
Steam open the quahogs and reserve the water. Chop quahogs in food processor; set aside. Finely chop onion, green pepper and parsley. Mix all ingredients together with a little of the cooking liquid. Don't make it too moist.

Wash quahog shells and pull apart. Stuff the shells and close tops as much as you can. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.

Can freeze before baking and bake frozen for about 30 minutes.
