pie crust
3 tbsp. flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. grated lemon zest
2 cups sliced strawberries
2 cups sliced rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and sugar. Add egg and zest and beat well. Stir in strawberries and rhubarb. Place in pastry-lined pie plate. Cover top with lattice crust. Bake at 400º for 30 - 40 minutes, or until browned and fruit is soft.
