2/3 cup vegetable shortening
1 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup cold water

Directions:
Cut shortening into dry ingredients until mixture is consistency of coarse cornmeal. All water all at once and stir until dough clings together. Roll out on floured board.
