Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 sticks butter
3 cups flour
4 Tbs sugar
(or Pillsbury sugar cookies)
2 cups powdered sugar
16 oz cool whip
16 oz cream cheese

Fruit to put on top such as strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, etc.

Glaze:
1 cup sugar
2 - 2 1/4 cups water
4 Tbs cornstarch
2 Tbs lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first three ingrendients and pat into 2 ungreased pizza pans. You can substitute a roll of Pillsbury sugar cookies. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Mix the next three ingredients and spread on the cooled cookie crust. Top with the fruit. Lastly mix the four glaze ingredients and spread over the fruit.
