5 cups grated zucchini
2 cups grated onion
6 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/4 cups white vinegar
2 1/4 cups sugar
2 teaspoons nutmeg
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons turmeric
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 cup diced green pepper
1 cup diced red bell pepper

Directions:
NOTES : Place zucchini, onions and salt in large bowl. Mix, cover refrigerate ovrnite. Drain mixture, rinse under cold water,drain.Place zucchini mixture in pot with remaining ingredients, bring boil, simmer, stirring occasionally for 30 minutes. Put hot mixture in sterilized canning jars. Cool, place in refrigerator
