Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3-4 Large pieces of cube steak
Flour
Canola Oil
Salt,pepper, garlic
Rice
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can of milk
1/4 small onion, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Make rice as you normally do. While that is cooking; pour enough oil in a skillet to just cover the bottom of the pan and heat over medium/high heat. Pour about 1/2 cup of flour in a baggie or small bowl adding salt, pepper and garlic to the flour. Mix well. Sprinkle salt and pepper onto the meat and then cover with the flour mixture. When the oil is hot add the meat. The meat will shrink while it is cooking. Brown on both sides until done, turning once.
While the meat is cooking, dice up the onion.
When the meat is done remove and place on a paper. Drain most of the grease saving a little to add flavor to the gravy. Add onion and saute for a few minutes. Add the soup directly from the can and stir to mix up the pan drippings, soup and onion. Then adding a little at a time, pour in the milk stirring constantly until you have the thickness you want.
Put the meat into the gravy and heat though.
Serve with rice.

As you know I made this dish with your favorite mashed potatoes. It is just as good with rice.
