Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, pressed
2 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 oz. crumbled Feta cheese
1/2 cup chopped Kalamata olives
1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers
1 tsp. dried dill weed
3 pits bread rounds

Directions:
Directions:
In medium skillet, cook onion and garlic in oils. Saute over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until onion is tender. Remove from heat. Add cut up cream cheese and Feta; stir until mixture is nearly smooth. Stir in olives, red peppers, and dill weed. Set aside.
Split pita rounds in half horizontally, trimming the edge off is an easy way to do this. Place cut side up on large ungreased baking sheet or stone. Broil 3 inches from heat for 1 minutes to lightly toast. Spread each round with about 1/3 cup cheese mixture. Broil about 1 minute more to heat. To serve, use a sharp knife or kitchen shears to cut each round into 6 wedges. Makes 36.
