3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk and butter until boiling. Beat eggs, add sugar. Beat hard. Add dry ingredients. Add vanilla and beat good. Add hot milk mixture. Bake in 9 x 13 pan 30 to 35 minutes at 350º.

Frosting:
In small pan mix:
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup coconut
3 tablespoons cream
Heat until boiling. Put on cake and put cake back in oven on top grate until bubbles
