3/4 cup flour
3/4 cornmeal
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of soda
Tablespoon lard
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat cast iron skillet with lard in oven at 450º.

Mix together all ingredients with milk (until desired texture) and pour into preheated cast iron skillet.

Bake for 15 or 20 minutes or until done.
