9 boneless chicken breasts - split in half
1 or 2 large red or green peppers sliced thin
1 or 2 large onions - sliced thin
8 ounces mushrooms - sliced
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
2 packages frozen artichokes
1/4 cup pitted black olives
1/4 cup green olives
SAUCE INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 tablespoons bouillon granules mixed with 1/2 cup water
1 can tomato paste ; 6oz.
1 cup white wine may add more if need more sauce
1 bay leaf
garlic ; parsley S & P

Saute chicken breasts til brown - remove, Saute pepper, onion and mushrooms til soft - remove Add sauce ingredients simmer til combined ADD chicken, vegetables, artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes and olives to sauce.Bake 20-30 minutes in 400 oven til done
