5 pounds hamburger
5 rounded teaspoons tenderquick salt
2 1/2 teaspoons ground pepper
2 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
2 1/2 teaspoons mustard seed
1 teaspoon liquid smoke

Mix thoroughly, cover well and refrigerate. Mix once a day for 3 days. On the 4th day roll in light rolls. Place on broiler pans and bake at 150º for 8 hours.
