1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons dry minced onion, soaked in water
1 bag frozen broccoli florets, thawed
1 teaspoon Emeril's original essence
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
Sliced mushrooms
Deli turkey shaved
Skim mozzarella cheese, sliced or shredded
Canned pizza dough
Promise sticks, melted
Garlic powder to taste

Preheat oven to 375º. Heat oil in nonstick skillet. Sauté broccoli, add onion, garlic, and spices. Sauté until broccoli is tender. Sauté mushrooms, if desired. Pat out or roll out small section (1\6) of dough. Spoon some of the veggie mix onto half of dough. Add some mushrooms if desired. Put turkey on top of veggies. Add mozzarella cheese to top of turkey. Fold other half of dough over filling. Seal edges with a fork, pressing tines around edges. Prick top with a fork. Brush with milk. Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes until light brown or until filling is heated. Melt Promise sticks. Stir in garlic powder to taste. Serve on the side to dip calzones.
