3 lbs. Red/New Potatoes
1 C Hellman's Mayonnaise
1/2 C Lite Sour Cream
1 Package Dry Ranch Dressing
2 T Milk
1/2 C Crumbled Blue Cheese*
1/2 C Bacon Bits
1 bunch (about 5) Scallions Minced. (Green parts too)

Directions:
Directions:
Quarter and boil the potatoes til done and cool.

Mix all other ingredients together and when the potatoes are cool, combine. Use all the dressing.

* Use a mild crumbled blue cheese. The kind in a tub at the grocery store. Nothing fancy. Too strong of cheese will overpower the dressing and it should be smooth and mild.
