Ingredients:  
1 long loaf French bread
softened butter
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Slice bread about 1/2 inch thick. Butter both sides of bread and put slices on pan. Broil about 2 minutes or until bread is lightly browned. Turn slices over. Sprinkle on mixture of garlic salt and Parmesan cheese. Broil again about 2 minutes or until browned and cheese is set. Serve hot or cold.
