1 lb. red potatoes
1/2 stick of butter cut into small slices
1 clove finely chopped fresh garlic
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup green onions
1 pkg. dry Ranch dip
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cover potatoes with water and boil with skins on until soft enough to pierce with a fork (about 15 minutes). Remove from heat and drain water from potatoes. Mix Ranch dressing in sour cream. Add butter slices, onions, sour cream with Ranch dressing, and garlic. Mash all ingredients together but leave potatoes still chunky. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
