Put roast in a pan and on to a rack in a preheated 375 degree oven.DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN! Turn oven off.
You may leave the oven this way for up to two hours.
Now turn the oven back on to 300 degrees.
For rare: 45 minutes
For medium rare: 50 minutes
For medium: 55 minutes.

Allow ten (10) minutes standing time on the counter to set up.
