2 cups warm water
2 Tbsp. yeast
1/2 cup sugar
6-7 cups flour
2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Allow yeast to dissolve in warm water with 2 Tbsp. of the sugar. When dissolved add the rest of the sugar, salt and 3 cups flour. Mix well. Add egg and oil, mix a little, then add 3 more cups of flour. Beat well. Let rest 5 minutes. Stir in the rest of the flour as needed and knead until soft and elastic. Cover, let raise double. Shape. Let raise again. Bake at 400º for 12 minutes.
