1 stick butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
16 ounce can Hershey syrup
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup nuts
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add syrup, flour, vanilla and nuts. Bake at 350º 20 minutes in jelly roll pan.

Frosting:
4 tablespoons butter
6 tablespoons milk
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups chocolate chips
Boil first 3 ingredients together 1 minute.
Add chocolate chips. Beat until smooth and spread on brownies.
