1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2/3 cup salad oil
1 egg
1 cup sour milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups diced rhubarb
1/2 to 1 cup chopped nuts

Topping:
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar, oil, egg and rhubarb. Sift together the salt, flour and soda. Add the rhubarb mixture with the sour milk. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into 2 well buttered 9" x 5" loaf pans. Sprinkle topping over the batter mixture.

Bake at 350º about 40 minutes or more. Don't overbake.
